Question: What is your return policy?

You have 10 days from receipt to return your merchandise unless an offer or promotion indicates returns are not accepted.

Question: I want to send some books as a gift. How do I do that?

When completing the online form, put your name as the bill-to person and the gift recipient’s name as the ship-to address. This ensures that you will get the invoice and the giftee will get the books!

Question: How do I tell if I am logged into the website or not?

Your user name will appear on the top of each page. It will say " You're logged in as username |  Logout"
